CAT uses its engineering credentials to bring you this classically square frame constructed using Monel metal for the front and acetate for the temples.

Monel is a group of alloys of nickel (from 52 to 67%) and copper, with small amounts of iron, manganese, carbon, and silicon. It is more resistant to corrosion than titanium and is stronger than titanium. Monel is often used in the construction of valves, pumps, shafts, fittings, fasteners, and heat exchangers, so you know you are getting a well designed, strong, durable frame with this one.
